Our products are humanely and naturally processed in a USDA inspected packing plant with no additives. All of our beef is dry aged for 21 - 28 days, unlike most meat you purchase at the store, which is packaged wet.   This allows us to obtain the maximum in tenderness and flavor. 

Our beef is packed to preserve freshness and seal out freezer burn. We use only the best processors for our cattle.  We have used the same processors for years so we know that your beef is processed in a clean environment and we are certain that our customers are getting the absolute most packaged beef back that they have paid for.

We offer a cut sheet so our customers can choose the exact cuts of beef that fits their family.  We help our customers through the entire process from start to finish.  We can help with filling out your sheet so you are sure you understand exactly what you are buying to keeping your beef frozen until you can schedule a time to pick it up at our farm.

The total price for beef is $5.50 a pound hanging weight.  This price includes standard processing.

Our next round of beef will be going in on May 12th.

To reserve a spot for the next round of beef going in all that is needed to place a deposit.  You will not pay for the remaining balance until you pick up your order. 

After paying your deposit print off the cut sheet and pick your cuts

Fill out your sheet and email it back to us.
