The total price for beef is $5.99 a pound hanging weight.  This price includes standard processing.

Our next round of beef will be going in on May 8.

To reserve a spot for the next round of beef going in all that is needed to place a deposit by selecting one of the options above.  You will not pay for the remaining balance until you pick up your order. 

After paying your deposit                     and then fill out your cut sheet online or print off the cut sheet and pick your cuts.
